Terms

  1. This is a private trip planner for three friends. It is not a travel agency or a booking service.
  2. Times, prices, opening hours, train details and rules on this site can be wrong or out of date. Confirm anything that matters with the official source before you rely on it.
  3. The plan can change. It probably will, and that is allowed.
  4. Map pins are approximate. The Google Maps links are the better guide to where a place really is.
  5. Currency figures are indicative and are not financial advice. Your bank will charge what it charges.
  6. The budget planner is a rough calculator. It does not hold or move any money.
  7. Nobody is responsible for anyone's decisions in Kabukicho, in Shibuya on Halloween, or at karaoke.

Privacy

  • There are no accounts, no analytics and no advertising on this site, and it sets no tracking cookies.
  • Checked stops, packing ticks, budget numbers, record wants and the eat list are stored in your browser's local storage on your own device. They are never sent to a server, and clearing your browser data erases them.
  • Some features call outside services directly from your browser, and those services can see your IP address like any website would: weather from Open-Meteo, exchange rates from Exchange Rate API, and map tiles from the OpenStreetMap tile servers. The Google Maps links only open Google when you click them.
  • The Phrases page's Say it button uses your device's built-in speech voices and sends nothing anywhere.
